I mean, it could have been longer; I was prepared to read to about sixty percent, given the style. However, the book is concise, yet it packs a wealth of information. Set during the start of Trump's second term, the book is quite good. I did like it. The only thing that sometimes seems to be the author's primary focus is selling her union, but I can admit that there is nothing wrong with some self-promotion, especially for a good cause. Overall, the book is easy to read, follow, and understand, and it highlights the struggles educators face today in the face of adversaries seeking to undermine essential education. It's not so much a book about why fascism dislikes education, but rather a wake-up call to strive for a better life, especially for the children. 4 out of 5 stars.
