The book is good. I liked how it was written and how it flowed. I can admit a certain amount of lack of knowledge about Plato and Socrates. Admittedly, the only thing I knew about Socrates was some quotes online that I read about him. This book does a great job of explaining him and how he influenced discourse, as well as other facets of his life. I feel that it is well-researched and informative about the time period it covers in the book. Overall, I would recommend reading this book to gain a solid understanding of the subject; it is well worth the time invested. 5 out of 5 stars.
